Mohammad Iqbal, F. ASCE, received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the UET, Pakistan, M.S. (H. Hon.) from METU, Ankara, Turkey and the Doctor of Science degree from Washington University at St Louis. Further, he received an MBA from the University of Chicago, J.D. from the Northern Illinois University College of Law, DeKalb, Illinois and L.L.M. from the John Marshall law school in Chicago. Dr. Iqbal is a licensed PE and SE in several states across the nation. Dr. Iqbal has over 40 years of experience in design, construction and risk management. Dr. Iqbal serves on several ACI and ASCE technical committees. He has published numerous papers, has co-authored a book on parking structures and has written a chapter in the American Bar Association s book on the Design Professional and Construction Manager Law. ------- Ali A.
