I found that The Gut Wellness Guide provided an easy-to-learn way to help my digestive problems and anxiety. Since I began to use the touch and breathing techniques at night before bed, my acid reflux symptoms have stopped and I sleep through the night without waking up with an anxious stomach. I can use the breathing techniques any time of day to help when I need to relax, knowing that I am doing good things for my gut at the same time. I confess that I feel so good that I haven't moved on to the advanced steps yet. I have those to look forward to. I do believe that my body is rewarding me for paying attention to it. As the title says, it's about The Power of Breath, Touch, and Awareness. I do want to thank the authors for this gift of wellness.

Seeing the Belly from a whole new perspectiveAs a massage therapist of 30+ years and a clinical herbalist I was very excited to read this book. It is a treatise on what our bellies can tell us, and the grounded techniques the authors offer on how to get in touch with this most important and intuitive part of our Selves.
